We are a new private fitness center in South Los Angeles.

Our goal, one on one, or in small group classes, is to empower our clients physically and emotionally, to accompany them on their new goal of achieving progress with their fitness, and ultimately, long lasting results. In our 3,000 square foot space, we teach classic weightlifting fundamentals, the most beneficial of all fitness disciplines, by strengthening muscles and bones, slowly, methodically. We also teach boxing fundamentals, a very complete sport, that has huge cardio benefits, while toning the body , and teaching self defense. These simple elegant practices are taught carefully, proper form is key, we work in a controlled manner , and over time, the body get stronger, leaner, faster, sturdier.

We are a private gym, we are interested in clients that want regular communication , we want to be sure they are staying active when we don’t see them for a couple days, what they are eating, how they are feeling. We are interested in results, and want clients that are committed. We will be next to you, to make sure we’re reaching the goals we’ve discussed in advance. We teach discipline, sustainability, accountability, hard work, and we have fun too. Achieving physical mastery is a wonderful feeling. We’ll get you there.
